I joined OCO as an external store manager in January 2021 as I was looking for a new challenge with a company who believed in the same values as myself. From the moment I read the job advert, I could see it was company that genuinely cared for their Partners and strived to motivate and inspire them to deliver for the customers. Over the past 3 years of working with OCO, that sense of belonging has come alive and it’s great to see how close the business is to all partners. I started my journey with Starbucks as a limited coffee drinker. Throughout my training, I learned so much from our passionate partners and found a love for coffee and the great work Starbucks and OCO do with communities locally and around the world. I became a proud Coffee Master 7 months into my journey. As a store manager I have had the privilege of collaborating with great teams in Paisley, Johnstone and most recently Hamilton Palace Grounds, managing a high performing store. I have learned, developed, and progressed personally more in the last 3 years than I have before. This has allowed me the opportunity to support other stores and now the Glasgow district. I look forward to my future with OCO.
