In October 2020 I had started my journey within OCO. I was hired as a supervisor in the middle of the pandemic when things were starting to become more normal (well, the new normal). From then I have been developing at the Perth High Street store with the support of Tamara. I have progressed from supervisor to Coffee Master to Store Manager and never would have thought I would get to this position. The support of my team has given me confidence in myself and to run a store. I have been a store manager for almost a year now and have loved working with other managers in the company, developing my team and running a successful high street store with great service and customer connections. I am grateful for the opportunities that I have been given at OCO and I am excited to continue my journey here.
