Being hired for OCO was the best thing that happened for my career. I Joined the business as a Shift Supervisor, I worked my way up to be an Assistant Manager and then to be given my first Store Manager role was amazing! 

The recognition and appreciation I have received through my journey has been fantastic and has really helped me stay motivated and driven.

I never imagined myself being in the position that I am right now, if it wasn’t for OCO believing in me I didn’t think it would be possible to achieve this career. I had no experience/no confidence and being dad of 2 kids thought it would be difficult to juggle both work and family life.  The support I’ve been given by the management and the business made it possible for me to become a great leader in the business and now I can pass my knowledge on and help others become great leaders too.
